Our Mission and Values

Our Mission…

To partner with families to establish the foundation for a lifelong love of learning, in a nurturing environment that inspires curiosity and problem-solving so that children are able to reach their full potential. Our goal is to change the world one child at a time.

Our Core Beliefs and Values:

  1. We apply and model The Golden Rule by treating others the way we want to be treated by showing respect, kindness, empathy, and civility at all times.

  2. We build children’s character by teaching them our 3 R’s: Respect, Responsibility, and Reverence.

  3. The health and safety of the children in the foundation of everything we do.

  4. We realize that our early childhood educators and leadership teams are the foundation of our program. We appreciate and value their hard work and commitment to our mission.

  5. We recognize that parents are the first and most important teachers in children’s lives and it is our role to support them.

  6. Research supports our view that young children learn best through play, hands-on experiences, and nurturing, responsive relationships.

  7. We support the development of the whole-child and celebrate each child’s unique talents and learning styles.

  8. Everyone who walks through our doors is valued and accepted. We embrace diversity and differences as they make our program stronger.

  9. We view children’s behaviors as a form of communicating their needs and implement positive guidance techniques to teach appropriate and acceptable behaviors.

  10. Professional development is encouraged and expected so our staff are continually improving their teaching skills and increasing their knowledge base.
